At MH1 Global, our mission is to integrate mental health support into workforce wellbeing, led by two exceptional directors: Lynne Briggs and Paula Litherland. Together, they are transforming how companies and the health and fitness sector approach wellbeing.

MEET THE TEAM

Lynne Briggs

Lynne is a respected leader in health, fitness, and wellness, known for her dedication to mental health advocacy. With extensive experience in fitness operations and training, (together with Industry experts, Graeme Hinde and Julian Taylor), she identified the need to bridge the gap between physical and mental wellbeing.

Lynne’s passion for ending mental health stigma and her commitment to evidence-based solutions have been instrumental in MH1 Global’s growth. Her visionary leadership drives our mission to improve holistic wellbeing across all communities.

Paula Litherland

Paula is the innovator behind MH1 Global’s evidence-based approach. With a master’s degree in psychology from Edge Hill University, she developed the Mental Health Questionnaire (MHQ) - our flagship psychometric tool that tracks 11 key lifestyle factors to provide actionable insights into mental health.

Paula’s dedication to rigorous research ensures our initiatives are both impactful and scientifically sound, setting a new standard for non-clinical mental health assessment.

Our diverse team of experienced coaches and trainers deliver MHQ tool training, as well as regulated qualifications and CPD courses, supporting our commitment to workforce wellbeing.
